Conducting an Assessment & Creating a Roadmap for an IT Modernization initiative should include analysis of current and future business processes and capabilities to assess the extent to which the IT portfolio meets those needs. Develop a technology strategy and revised IT architecture based upon modernization priorities to support the business.
